• Q: How are your guitars shipped?

A: By default we ship via EMS as we find them to be a very safe yet economic option. If you wish to use a different carrier, please contact us for their rates to your country.

  • Q: How long does it take to receive a guitar from Japan?

A: We usually ship in 2~5 business days. However, we ask your patience as guitars of high value tend to take some time to be processed through customs.

Typically, a guitar shipped via EMS to North America takes about a week to two weeks and average at about ten days. To Europe and Oceania, most guitars usually arrive within a week.

However, these are just estimates, things may differ in reality depending on the global situation.

  • Q: Will there be any extra fees when importing a guitar from Japan?

A: We are not responsible for any fees that may occur when importing into your country. Please check your country's duty rates, etc. on your country's website.

  • Q: My guitar was damaged. Can I get my money back?

A: All damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. As we insure all shipments, we will work closely with you and reach out to the carrier to help you get the refund you deserve. However, in such cases, we will not take returns so please dispose of the guitar locally.

  • Q: My guitar appears to be have been damaged from before it was shipped/it was not as described. Can I get my money back?

A: Although we painstakingly inspect every guitar we get, we are people too and it is possible that we have made a mistake. As returns via international shipping is a pain for everyone involved, we will gladly discuss partial to full refunds depending on the case and the evidence provided.

  • Q: Can I order multiple guitars and have them shipped together to avoid excessive shipping costs?

A: Yes, we are willing to pack up to 2 guitars per box. However, please note that there will be less protection within each box as there will naturally be less room when compared to shipping each guitar individually.

  • Q: Can I ask for any souvenirs from Japan to be packed with my guitar?

A: Of course! Let us know what you would like from Japan and we will make a personalized listing for you on our site. We will pack it with your guitar and ship them together. Please note that the shipping of your guitar may be delayed depending on what you want.
