Here we have a 1978 Yamaha SA700.

These are Yamaha’s take on an ES335 style guitar.

Being made in Japan, along with the vintage woods, the quality of this instrument is phenomenal. Not to mention the great price.

Japanese vintage guitars are becoming increasingly rare as their popularity has been steadily increasing. These guitars from the late 70’s to early 80’s are especially desirable as this is the time period when the Japanese craftsmen are finally finding out how to manufacture incredible instruments before they were stopped by the “lawsuit”.

【Specs and condition】

It’s in rather clean shape, especially for its age, but it has its fair share of very light wear. There is a little clear coat bubbling on the back of the headstock, but it is merely cosmetic.

No issues or repairs with the guitar at all and it plays amazingly.
